How to Download All Your Procare Photos Before You Lose Access

Leaving a daycare that uses Procare? Your login gets switched off when your child moves on. Here's how to save every photo and video first.

The end of daycare sneaks up on you. One week you're arranging the last day; the next, you go to look back through a year of Procare photos and the login no longer works. It's a common, gutting little surprise — and it's completely avoidable if you act while your access is still live.

Why the clock is ticking

Procare is run by your daycare, not by you. Your child's photos and videos live on the centre's account, and your access exists only while your child is enrolled. When they move up to school or switch centres, that access is usually switched off — and there's no promise the daycare keeps a copy for you. Timing varies and rarely comes with a warning, so the only safe assumption is: save everything before the last day.

The catch with saving them the normal way

Procare only lets you download one photo at a time. For a handful, fine. For the hundreds most families build up, it's an evening (or three) of clicking — and it's easy to miss the older ones buried further back.

Save the whole lot in one click
