    • Which platforms does NurseryDownloader work with?

      It works with Famly (including Famly.de and Bright Horizons FamilyApp), ParentZone, Lillio (HiMama), KinderCare, Procare, Kidizz, Meeko and Bitcare.     • Can you see the photos?

      The NurseryDownloader Chrome Extension doesn't transmit your photos or any other data outside of your computer - everything is done on your computer and we can never see your photos.

    • How long does a license last for?

      Each license lasts for a year from date of purchase. When it is about to expire we will send you a reminder, but it will not automatically renew.

    • How long does it take to download my photos?

      This depends on how many photos your gallery has in it

    • Are you affiliated with Famly, ParentZone or any of the nursery apps?

      No. NurseryDownloader is completely independent, we are not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Famly, ParentZone, Lillio, KinderCare, Procare, Kidizz, Meeko, Bitcare or any other nursery or daycare app. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We built this because our own children go to a nursery that uses ParentZone, and we couldn't easily download the thousands of photos it had added over the years.

    • Does NurseryDownloader work on iPad or iPhone?

      NurseryDownloader is a Chrome extension that works on both Windows and Mac. It does not work on mobile devices.

    • Is there a money-back guarantee?
