    • How long does a license last for?

      Each license lasts for a year from date of purchase. When it is about to expire we will send you a reminder, but it will not automatically renew.

    • How long does it take to download my photos?

      This depends on how many photos your gallery has in it

      No, Nursery Downloader is completely independent and not affiliated with Procare, KinderCare, Lillio, Famly or any daycare platform. It was built by a dad in the UK after nearly losing two years of his kids' nursery photos, and now supports US daycare apps like Procare, KinderCare and Lillio too.

      Nursery Downloader is a Chrome extension that works on both Windows and Mac. It does not work on mobile devices.
