How to Download Your Lillio (formerly HiMama) Photos

Lillio saves photos one at a time and keeps the best quality behind an upgrade. Here's how to get every original onto your computer at once.

If your daycare uses Lillio, you may still know it by its old name: HiMama. Same app, same photos — it rebranded to Lillio in 2023. Either way, when you want to keep your child's photos and videos properly, you'll run into two catches.

The first: Lillio lets you save media one at a time. Fine for a favourite shot, painful for a year's worth. The second: parents often find the best-quality downloads sit behind a paid upgrade, so the versions you save the easy way can be smaller than the originals.

A photo that looks crisp as a phone thumbnail can fall apart when you print it or blow it up for a frame. If you're picturing a photo book or a canvas one day, you want the original files, not compressed copies — and you want them before your child moves on and the login is switched off.
